the cabin
Cabin honeyeater is a hidden architectural treasure. Set on the fringe of the Margaret River township in a quiet corner and looking out over native gardens to the forest beyond, it balances neighbourly good manners with joyfulness, pragmatism with a sense of calm.
It can be your sanctuary for rest and relaxation or a perfect base for exploring the many walk and mountain bike trails, wineries and cafes of the region. We recommend both.
a boutique getaway to slow down & reconnect with your true self….
Enjoy the cabins’ ideal location - you will feel the restfulness and tranquility of the forest on your doorstep, yet you will be less than a kilometre from the centre of town with everything you might need in a country town, at your fingertips.
It’s even possible to walk to local favourites such as the Margaret River Bakery, Swings & Roundabouts and the Brewhouse along forest tracks, all within 10 minutes of the cabin.
architecturally designed with care and attention to detail
The cabin has been thoughtfully designed by local architect (and your host) Paul from Archterra Architects and distills his 3 decades of architectural experience into a wonderfully energy and space efficient design that sits peacefully in its garden surrounds.
